Glider Connection is owned and operated by USDA licensed
breeder, Michael McGrath. Mike has been breeding gliders
since 1990 shortly after they came to the US, and is now
considered the third oldest breeder
in the US. He has a number of pet gliders and enjoys them
very much.
Sugar gliders are
Mike's hobby, not a business, and as such, unlike other
sites for breeders, he does not offer to sell you other
products. Cages are for sale because it is essential. They
come with everything a cage needs at no additional cost.
First and foremost is his commitment to the health and
safety of sugar gliders.
Mike wants his gliders
to make good pets, so they are handled from 4 weeks out of
pouch until 8 weeks, when they are offered for sale. For
persons who, for whatever reason, cannot care for their
sugar gliders, Mike runs a rescue for sugar gliders, and
will find them a good home.
Our goal at the Sugar
Glider Connection is to expand awareness and world
consciousness of sugar gliders, adding to the growing number
of people with sugar gliders as pets. We strive to make
superior pets of our gliders, in hopes you too will fall in
love with them as we have.
